Thank you for visiting and shopping at ectocare®. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for orders shipped to the United States.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico from our fulfillment centers. Please note that we currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside the U.S. territories mentioned.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The following shipping options are typically available at checkout:

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for real-time updates on your shipment's status.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the recipient's full name, street address, apartment/suite number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment, which will incur additional shipping fees.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
7. Delays
While we provide estimated delivery times, please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or peak season volumes. ectocare® cannot be held liable for these delivery delays.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
ectocare® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If you have any concerns about your package's location after it has been marked as "delivered," we recommend first checking with your neighbors and your local post office or carrier hub. If the package cannot be located, please contact us at support@ectocare.com, and we will do our best to assist you in opening a investigation with the carrier.
